Guinness Storehouse

While in Dublin we took the Guinness Storehouse tour.  It was an amazing tour, lots of history on how Guinness started and how it is brewed.  I was blown away by the tour, it was quite a bit more than I expected.

The tour is a self-guided tour.  It is really a visual experience.  At the end of the tour, you will be able to head up and check out the gravity bar.  It is on top of the Guinness building and is an all-glass enclosure.  While you are at the Gravity Bar make sure to walk around and check out the spectacular views of Dublin.

If you have never had a Guinness beer while in Ireland, this is a must. Make sure you upgrade your tour experience and get your picture on the head of a Guiness pint, plus you will get an extra Guinness.

Guinness in Ireland tastes completely different than it does in the United States.  I wasn’t a fan of Guinness before going over there but nothing beats a fresh pint of Guiness in Ireland.
